Use one launcher prompt at workspace open, and keep reference notes separate from runnable prompts.

Run first

• 00-workspace-start.prompt.md — single entry point to choose setup/onboarding/direct work.

Startup prompts

• startup/10-matlab-paths.prompt.md — MATLAB addpath bootstrap for this workspace and related repos.
• startup/20-isetcam-onboarding.prompt.md — targeted ISETCam learning prompt for core pipeline functions.

Reference notes

• reference/isetcam-core-pipeline.notes.md — internal function notes used during onboarding and coding help.

Naming convention

• Runnable prompts: NN-topic.prompt.md
• Informational notes: topic.notes.md
