VTOP UI

Fixes the boring ancient vtop UI (vtop.vit.ac.in.) Open PR to make it better and do expect bugs.

Installation

• Download the repo as a zip/check release.
• Extract it
• Go to chrome extensions and turn on developer mode
• Click load unpacked and select the extracted folder
