Update documentation for 0.8

I've updated the to-do list in #96

Also, I would want to use a proper versioning for 0.8 so we can split 0.7 and 0.8 (and newer 0.8 patches)

We probably need to change how we deploy the docs then - not sure how well that works with netlify

So I've dug into the versioning thing and how we can publish that and how the whole building works
I will try to implement this in the next weeks into this project with proper versioning(as tags/branches)
You don't need to do anything, I will just announce it when it's done and commit relevant changes to the 0.8 branch

1Versioning is done.
I've renamed the main branch into 0.7
Every change to the 0.7 and 0.8 branch will be published to the specific version directory in the gh_pages branch
