  • Enhance cliff.toml with additional patterns for PR references and co-authorship attribution
  • Update CI workflows to use specific action versions for consistency
  • Improve error handling and debugging in publish-release.yml and version-bump.yml
  • Ensure proper environment configuration for trusted npm publishing
