- `iguana_test` option `-v` may now be repeated to set more-verbose log
levels; this is now added to the documentation
- additional cleanup:
- change `test_num_events` to an integer
- usage of `-Dopt=val` changed to `-D opt=val`, so `grep -w opt` finds
all usages of `opt` in the code
