The 0.22 release of IntervalArithmetics had a huge interface change; TaylorModels and TaylorSeries are not adapted yet to this new interface, therefore we cannot bump the compat to 0.22 |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
IntervalArithmeticpackage from0.20.9to0.20.9, 0.22.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
