Klangstrom v1.0.0

• this release drops support for older boards and focuses on KLST_PANDA ( and KLST_CATERPILLAR as a feature-reduced spin off )
• moved project to GitHub organization at https://github.com/Klangstrom
• totally reworked project structure. there are now 3 main repositories:
  • klangstrom-arduino
  • klangstrom-hardware
  • klangstrom-libraries
• the API is completely rewritten and now incompatible with prior version
