Fix numpy requirement version

I had to try a couple times with different numpy version to make all the python packages work, this should fix issue #51

I will not merge this pull request, at least for now, as I recently ran Swarm-SLAM successfully with numpy 1.26.
I think the numpy version really depends on you system installation, i.e. the version of the other packages you are using. In particular, it depends on the cv2 and networkx versions.
