Expand diff json column into separate table

Fix alembic migration for file diff
Do not update global config variable for gevent mode. Make sure we do not use gevent env for tests apart of dedicated tests. In those tests mock configuration rather than modifing global variable.

This PR adds Bash scripts to deploy the community edition stack using Podman directly, serving as an alternative to Docker Compose.
