Add Polygon address to Dexter facilitator config. Dexter now supports Solana, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, and SKALE Europa but only the three chains in the Network enum are listed here. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
