feat: add midnight example projects and update packages

This PR aims to keep all “Midnight” projects centralized in a single repository. It was discussed on Discord, as it would be easier to maintain updates and also share and add more examples.

Luis, the repo from starter-template and contracts are meant to be separate.
the one from Midnight, we are including tools, docs and playground
starter-tempalte so devs can git clone easily
and contract for transparency

Readme updated, with granular instructions.
Repositories starter template and contract were added as reference.
The example folder is just for testing the tooling. The official contract example repo is stored elsewhere.
