[WIP] This PR tracks changes towards a baseline nnpdf4.1 runcard

Here is the list of changes that will occurr

• Lift cuts of numerical origin; (see 260521-jk-002_iterated)
• Lift 1% uncertainty on Zpt data;
• Include resummation K-factors for ZpT data;
• Adjust ZpT cuts due to resummation;
• Include EWK K-factors;
• Adjust cuts due to EWK corrections.

All the relevant fits are documented in the wii.
