- Precompiled scripts updated for rhel10
- tested nvidia-driver.sh and common.sh working on scos10 to load the
driver modules from a container
- Did not test or work on anything else, blindly copied over at this
point

rhel10/precompiledfolder. The files directly in rhel10 are blindly copied over at this point.I am ready to test this more and continue working on this contribution as required to get it merged 👍 .
