Split database causes inconsistent mapped proteins for some peptides

Hello sorry to bother you again so soon. I tried running fragpipe v23.1 with database splitting, phospho enabled, 104 Ultra2 DIA files and 10 Ultra2 DDA files. The FASTA should work as I tried it recently with non-Ultra data. Thank you in advance

Thanks for the bug reporting. We are aware of this one and are working on it.

For now, you could still use the result files. The error will make some of the table miss some auxiliary columns, but won't affect the numerical results.
