This PR removes the Archi package.

One of the upstream maintainers specified that they are breaking the download-links, since they do not want their software packaged.

UPDATE: sadly it seems like all primary links and requests were deleted by the maintainers.

I can confirm the hostility of upstream, I had seen the now deleted issues. Thus it absolutely makes sense to drop this, no point in trying to fight them.

Please add a throwing alias in top-level/aliases.nix.

obviously squash the commits, a throw alias must be added simultaneusly with the package recipe deletion
