- Improved efficiency of a few geomosaic processors with many bands
- Renamed local_settings.py to local_settings.py.template to avoid errors when running unittests from geonode

…only 1 or the other should be used in the same project; rasterio is nicer to use but still missing some required features like writing VRT files).
