Update csModifier to use same case as definition for csClass,csIface.
Align definitions of csGlobal and csContextualStatement to match other statements.

I spent some time trying to figure out if there are improvements to be pulled from OmniSharp's cs.vim (it was removed and so I found your project.
There are tons of differences. The ones I could extract are pretty minor. In the meantime, vim-cs was created as a new home for OmniSharp's cs.vim and has tried to figure out which of your changes are superior.
