Updates to version 1 include
- A simplified class for proportions when they are already calculated and do not need to be calculated from wells
- Thoroughly updated documentation using google docstrings, sphinx documentation, and typing hints to all functions
- Report files can be outputted as JSON files
- Examples reports for analysis completed in the publication
- Updated to .toml installation and removed old distutils
- Removed extra files that are not necessary for the package
