This makes sense to me. I assume this never worked and a "partial force'd commit" is an oxymoron given the purpose of a force is to parse the entire config and push to dataplane.

Description
Allow a
forcecommit for the whole configuration, i.e., withoutpartial.Motivation and Context
If you do
load config fromin PAN-OS, the system requires aforcecommit for the whole configuration. Attempting to doforcewithpartialtriggers an error.In the previous code version, setting
forceflag automatically makes a commitpartialthat I believe is wrong.How Has This Been Tested?
Tested in PAN-OS 11.x as part of the Ansible playbook.
