Added a section for the Infernal Engine with a list of games that utilize it. Also Remove Tony Hawk project 8 as only uses havok physics for 360 and ps3. my mistake.

Description
Added a section for the Infernal Engine with a list of games that utilize it. Also Removes Tony Hawk project 8 from the havok physics as only uses havok physics for 360 and ps3 version. my mistake on last pr.

Note: I don't know what the rule for uploading images so didn't bother adding image logo. Also not 100% sure if Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run uses the engine not mentioned on any of lists + engine mult tool for this engine https://github.com/unknownproject/Other/releases/tag/FTRWL_1 But some game on supported list aren't mention on other list no ground truth to go on without testing the game. So feel free to remove it you want to.
