What\n- Adds homepage pillar cards (Videos, Blog, Courses, Newsletter)\n- Updates hero copy/CTAs and about section copy\n- Keeps this PR focused on homepage UX only\n\n## Why\nPR #92 should focus on speaking pages. This PR extracts the homepage tile work into a separate reviewable unit.\n\n## Notes\n- Speaking-specific pages/content are intentionally excluded here.
