SimDynamX, in collaboration with Tietronix and Texas A&M University, is funded by a NASA Phase II STTR to develop Mission Operations Digital Twin, an extension of Space Teams features to allow several key use cases:
- Live situational awareness "Big Board" displays and visualization tools based on mission telemetry.
- Context-specific interfaces to navigate to external tools from selecting components in a digital twin in Space Teams.
- Multi-sim-run & Monte Carlo capabilities for decision analysis.
- Creation of new simulated mission scenarios for visualization, analysis, and operator training.
These extended capabilities will make Space Teams PRO a powerful turnkey solution for M&S of spaceflight operations, especially for space stations, microgravity EVAs, manned space exploration vehicles, landers, surface habitats, and surface operations.
