Base drive routine specified in Robot.java.
Tank drive, limelight distance, and automatic steering work in certain cases (must modify the main routine for some of these to be enabled; use right trigger for autosteer and left for shooting).
Shooter is unreliable and so far there is no set distance from which the shooter consistently works.
