Renames old ofBaseSound methods to the new ones. (OF 0.8)
( loadSound() becomes load(), etc. )

Please note that it also renames testApp to ofApp so you might need to update win/linux examples too.

Is the master branch the right merge target ?

( Might fix #116 and #101 ? )
Also fixes #111
