PRD : Training videos for employees

Whenever any learning related meeting will happen in any team so they can record it for other employees
After that they can create video upload to IHMS system request ticket from JIRA with below information
- category : Java
- Video title : Introduction of spring boot
- Description : Spring boot introduction
- drive url of recorded video with access
- thumbnail image for video
- Uploaded by user email or name
And they will assign this JIRA to IHMS system lead
After that ihms system lead will assign this JIRA to developer
Developer will add this video and data into ihms system so it will available in Training Videos menu
User should be able to see upload requested videos in Training Videos menu
Any user can see videos in Training Video menu
Any user can view video
Any user can make comment on video
User can update or delete their comment and if comment is edited then it should show edited word just below it
Any user can see comments
Video should show view count as well
