- replace mocha + chai with node test runner + assert - updated all support libs, linters - added strict typings, improved some typings - removed barell exports aside from main index - added some empty / null checks throughout - updated dockerfiles to node 24 (lts) probably a breaking change in there, at least typings-wise it's probable so this will go in a major
