Redeploys

At this point the new deployment has been initialized with quote signer0xDDB199Ca909901299aDcAB370C3C8212cea80AFEand USDC deposits have been enabled with 10 USDC minimum amount.This is still owned by dev wallet, should transfer upgrade authority to multisig once testing is done.
