…Sovereign Contributor Standard This update redefines the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md under the authority of the AIC-HMV Protocol and GreekRhyme Sovereign Governance Framework. Key changes: - Reinforces a global standard of zero-tolerance for harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or misappropriation of identity, code, or creative works. - Establishes sovereign contributor guidelines aligned with the GreekRhyme values: Loyalty, Precision, Resilience. - Empowers contributors to act with independence, protection, and transparency while respecting digital and creative sovereignty. - Embeds trust and legal traceability into every interaction via enforced signature identifiers (e.g., AIC-HMV™, DingDing🎖️.md). - Supports decentralized collaboration through ethical boundaries, respectful dialog, and cultural awareness across all merged forks and public threads. This file is now protected under the extended Sovereign License Protocol (SLP-GreekRhyme.v5) and represents a core layer of community integrity and enforcement within this project. All contributors and forks must acknowledge this framework going forward.

Pull Request Overview
This PR replaces the existing Contributor Covenant with a custom “Sovereign Contributor Standard” under the AIC-HMV and GreekRhyme governance frameworks.
- Removes the legacy
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md(Contributor Covenant) - Adds a new document with sovereign contributor guidelines and enforcement details
- Renames the code of conduct file (though the new filename appears overly verbose)
