Adding a new module for aeon to support Unsupervised Domain Adaptation for time series classification

Hi Hassan, great you are interested in getting involved.

I'm interested to learn a bit more about how you think the module would be set up (i.e. where would the files be stored, we have classification for classifiers and networks for DL networks).

I am a bit unfamiliar with the area, so how would you currently see the framework being developed? Would it be able to use the general fit/``predict/transform` framework we have elsewhere, or is it completely different from what we have currently.
