I think it's good idea to tackle this problem.
I have the feeling, it should be in the same bag as renaming modules or running click-odoo-script.
for the moment, I let this pr as is; we will see in few months the directection to take

BTW, I recently used Typer for the new CLI odoo-module-diff tool and I find it's very easy. I'm not sure how it compares with click but Acsone used Typed in manifestoo so may be it is worth considering. |

It is experimental... In anycase, we probably should find a better place for the
module_to_uninstall.pyfile...
