Should we just copy from the official citation file at https://github.com/astropy/astropy/blob/711c366c09990896b710c45c851c4ce3b5c9bccc/CITATION.cff#L11 ?

If that's in the official reference, makes sense – though Maintainer Community sounds more accurate to me, as not all contributors have maintainer rights or tasks.
