Description of changes: Updating the documentation for adding Outpost nodes using Amazon Linux 2023. I tested the scenarios we have in the docs:
eksctl- opened a PR to add support for AL2023 on outpost: Added AL2023 support for Outpost nodes eksctl-io/eksctl#8591https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/amazon-eks/cloudformation/2025-11-24/amazon-eks-outpost-nodegroup.yamlI can get some feedback for the wording and we can hold-off merging until I have the above two sorted out.
