…heck Github login are not case sensitive, and the case is not always the same depending on where we get them from (github api, user input, etc). Making the check case insensitive to avoid issues.
Based on the `web/tooling` eslint configuration, but trimmed down to only use `eslint` itself (and not prettier).
The goal is the following: - implement a very basic Interaction-like system - keep the API as close as possible to Interaction class - implement only the bare minimum - vanilla js only
