Submodule directory versioning fix

• Point 0.1 submodule directory to sha commit in the past where the AI testing wasn’t changed (f8aa5884da64ffc3d000126dff067cd7abde3b6a)

• Create a new submodule directory 0.9 (name matching the current bmt version to be released, 0.9.0) and point it to the latest sha commit (2827e2ce4421c5deb032e90702cff509a9540a91)

Fixed packaging issues with data folder
