coldbrew-cli recognizes the following environment variables.

$AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID: AWS Access Key ID
$AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY: AWS Secret Access Key
$AWS_REGION: AWS region name
$AWS_VPC: AWS VPC ID
