Does the same operations as the linux using PowerShell commands.

I've tested locally only with mingw gcc130 build - which seem to have worked. |

Also, I've kept the prebuild script around. Technically we don't need to re-download BDE Cmake modules every time and should be doing it once during stage, but there is no way it seems to pass the source directory to the extra_cmake_args. So I don't know how to point my cmake to that subdirectory. |
