This patch adds support for Triangulated Irregular Networks. As far as I could find, this would be the only npm package with TIN support.
TIN is basically the same thing as a MultiPolygon, so most of the code is just copied. I did remove GeoJSON and TWKB import/export methods, though, because I could not find relevant testing data.
