Jenkinsfile:
Fix minor linting errors.
Fix rpm_test_post test node selection

ci/functional/test_main.sh:
ci/functional/test_main_prep_node.sh:
Only check for hardware that is supposed to be on a cluster.
Fix junit hardware report use stage name for grouping tests.

ci/storage/test_main_storage_prepare_node.sh
Fix to exclude test controller node from storage prepare.

Steps for the author:

  • Commit message follows the guidelines.
  • Appropriate Features or Test-tag pragmas were used.
  • Appropriate Functional Test Stages were run.
  • At least two positive code reviews including at least one code owner from each category referenced in the PR.
  • Testing is complete. If necessary, forced-landing label added and a reason added in a comment.

After all prior steps are complete:

  • Gatekeeper requested (daos-gatekeeper added as a reviewer).

NLT failures and Valgrind failures not related to anything in this PR.

This is bringing in fixes from the master branch from a previous PR and #17568
