Installed flake8 for Python and ESLint for the Node.js frontend. Configured flake8 and ran it on the backend, fixing minor spacing issues in `server.py`. Configured ESLint to ignore the `.vite/` directory and ran it on the frontend, resolving all linting errors. Added a `pytest.ini` file to ignore `agents/test_generator.py` during test collection, which resolved a `ModuleNotFoundError`.
