This change introduces and configures linters for both the Python backend and the Node.js frontend. It fixes all linting errors reported by flake8 and eslint, and ensures the test suite runs correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15643367637644679159

Installed flake8 for Python and ESLint for the Node.js frontend.

Configured flake8 and ran it on the backend, fixing minor spacing issues in `server.py`.

Configured ESLint to ignore the `.vite/` directory and ran it on the frontend, resolving all linting errors.

Added a `pytest.ini` file to ignore `agents/test_generator.py` during test collection, which resolved a `ModuleNotFoundError`.
