feat: daily updates of score modules

Some of the pull requests use semantic versioning, some do not. Why is there this inconsistency? I did expect that it should be either one way or the other.

good point. Let's try and consider actual feedback instead of contemplate how it might feel :)

I want to wait for the weekly later today before merging this anyway, as the last meeting notes said to not use renovate.

From the link you provided I picked the two top results:

• Update dependency score_bazel_platforms to v0.1.2 toolchains_rust#29
  • PR title does NOT start with chore
• chore(deps): update dependency score_toolchains_rust to v0.9.1 testing_tools#22
  • PR title starts with chore

CI in devcontainer and inc_someip_gateway is already setup to enforce PR titles following semantic versioning. Thus it would be convenient if renovate also creates corresponding PR titles.
