• prepared empty folders for the feature
• changed naming accoring conventions from persistency_kvs to kvs
• changed naming annex _v2 to conventions so that documents will be found

Looks all fine to me.

The clippy part i can't fully understand the rammifications of, if this is needed or can be disabled.
But having it constanly be a 403 is also not a solution.
