- Restore recent sessions from Chipmunk 3 legacy storage directory into Chipmunk 4 storage.
- Restore process will run once only if we don't have recent sessions in Chipmunk 4 while we have recent session for Chipmunk 3.
- A marker file will be created inside chipmunk 3 storage once we have any recent sessions in Chipmunk 4 to ensure the restore won't run again in the future.
- This implementation should eventually removed once we are sure that we don't have any users who haven't migrated to Chipmunk 4
