меня немного смущает эта вещь. Если у нас есть такое условие, то не должны ли мы его прямо тут в коде и прописать?
С другой стороны если завтра ОСУ добавят на сигареты то нужно будет менять библиотеку. И исходя из этого либо тут не надо прописывать эти ограничения и в javadoc, либо указывать версию поса/ОС в которой эти ограничения появились.
Я бы наверно эти ограничения убрал из javadoc в документацию на dev.evotor.ru
