Code Review
This pull request refactors the tests for ThinFileUtils to use the Ginkgo BDD framework, replacing the previous implementation that used the standard testing package. The new tests are well-structured, more comprehensive, and significantly improve readability and maintainability. I have a couple of suggestions: one to correct the test suite package name to ensure it functions correctly, and another to improve consistency within the test code. Overall, this is a valuable improvement to the project's test suite.

Package naming inconsistency: the test suite file uses package operations_test while base_test.go uses package operations. Since base_test.go accesses unexported fields of ThinFileUtils (podName, namespace, container, log), both files should use the same package name. Change this file to use package operations to match base_test.go.
