• persist recent NWC app request failures as connection issues and expose them via a read-only app issues API
• show user-facing connection issue alerts on app details for stable, code-backed NWC categories only: permission, expiry, budget, balance, unknown method, and payment-method failures
• keep protocol values untouched and show the raw NWC code/message as secondary detail in the Hub alert
• improve existing Hub copy in actual surfaces for Alby Account load failures, backup/restore, channel order/opening/payment, capacity, payment failure, and peer connect/disconnect

• does not change NWC protocol codes or raw app responses
• avoids substring-based mappings and broad backend error normalization
• skips low-level parse/decrypt/transport/internal errors unless there is a stable category
