Merged E2E tests into PR Validation.
This allows go tests to use the
docs_only_checkE2E now has an additional condition skipping it's execution when the event is a push to master.
This saves some minutes as it does not build a cache to share across branches.
I considered merging the Trivy scanning and Go compilation checks with the E2E workflow to avoid copying thedocs_only_checkjob.I'm thinking it makes sense as it all technically falls under PR validation?
