Introducing Company Research Agent v2.0.0!

It's been high time that I do a massive code cleanup here, and so I got around to modernizing the frontend/backend handshake, switching to Langchain v1.0.0, and making the code significantly more readable / modular for anyone looking to use this as a baseline for building their own deterministic agents.

Adding Tavily Crawl to the grounding node for sharper recall. This enables a deeper analysis of the provided web URL.

The UI also got some updates to prevent bugs that occurred when the Google Maps API key was not provided.
