  • 📧 Capsule — paste a YouTube playlist → AI pulls transcripts → structured email course → one email per morning. live at mindos.fly.dev
  • 🗞️ Refresh — chrome extension. replaces new tab with one AI-ranked news headline. 29 RSS feeds, signal scoring (0–100), physics graph. zero dependencies.
  • 💬 Contrarian — chrome extension. one paul graham quote per day. 125 quotes from 98 essays. daily seeded shuffle, no backend.
