This PR adds a guide (api_connectivity_test.md) to help mentees validate the connectivity of OpenPAYGO Token and LF Hyphae APIs.
Changes Made:
Created api_connectivity_test.md with detailed steps to:
Install API testing tools (Postman, cURL, Python requests)
Send test API requests
Log responses and troubleshoot errors
Why This is Needed:
Ensures that all contributors can set up their local environment correctly.
Helps in debugging API connectivity issues before development begins.
Testing Instructions:
Follow the steps in api_connectivity_test.md and verify API responses.
