SMS Format

For a received SMS to be eligible to be checked for a valid key to control a bot the intended key in the SMS body must be prefixed with bsb::key=. Otherwise the received SMS will be ignored for a key verification.
So for example, if the configured key of an enabled bot is foo then to control the bot the received SMS body must contain bsb::key=foo.
